Fast, friendly, accurate, good quality furniture. Loved the free samples and definitely plan to buy more from Rove. Online experience was excellent. The only downside was the delivery experience. Delivery was delayed (which was fine given the bad weather), but there was NO communication from the delivery company whatsoever and I had to follow up twice to find out the status of my delivery. Upon arrival, the delivery driver was "not prepared" to handle the package to the delivery up to my front door, which involved 4-5 stairs up to a porch (urban home with no front driveway or garage). The option to leave it on my sidewalk was not OK given it would be easily mistaken for a large garbage item. It's a good thing I was home to receive the delivery as I ended up having to help the driver unbox the items from the skid and manually take them to my front door myself in the pouring snow. We made it work, but that was not something I expected to have to do.
