I would give 3.5 if it was an option. The bed was beautiful and easy enough to put together. The only problem I had was that I live on a 5th floor walk up and the hundred of dollars I paid for only get me to the front door of my building. If I wanted the item to be delivered into my apartment, I had to pay the extra $150 + $40 for each flight of stairs so that’s $350! Luck enough I had another company delivering the mattess and I offered them $100 to take the boxes up.

We definitely understand your concerns with shipping costs and try to subsidize these fees as much as possible for our customers. Unfortunately the third party carriers we work with do charge additional fees for interior placement and carrying shipments up more than one flight of stairs, so we choose to be transparent about these costs instead of building them into the product price.
