Need more communication / transparency
Overall it was pretty seamless but there were two points that could have been better communicated. First, I had requested to be notified when the item was back in stock. I went to the site on a lark one day and the item was available. Would be good to fix the notification system. Second, the shipping costs are exorbitant. I would have liked to know that it would be so expensive. The sticker shock that late in the purchase leaves the consumer with a bad experience.
