I purchased three Norman counter height stools. This was my first purchase from Rove Concepts. I was able to take advantage of a sale. The stools arrived quickly and fully assembled. Two of the three wobble when no one is in them. The wobble disappears on one of the stools when it is occupied, but the wobble in the third stool remains even when someone is in it. That’s disappointing. My call to customer service indicated that the return process requires initiating a claim. It’s just not worth that degree of hassle so we’re living with it. The stools are beautiful and solidly built, so overall I’m happy with them. Husband would be happier without a wobbly stool.
