Just placed my second order with Rove Concepts. The first delivery was a few weeks ago and the second order has yet to arrive. Rove customer agents were helpful, polite, patient and were able to answer my questions about the products. The quality is very good, items are as presented on your site. I only wish you would research and retain a better delivery firm - the driver wanted to just dump the boxes in the front courtyard of my townhouse only brought them inside when I told him I would not sign the receipt for the items unless he did. I unpacked everything to make certain there were no damaged pieces. Not a great delivery experience.
