I ordered the Ophelia bed and the product is fine, but the delivery experience was terrible. It took a month for the product to be delivered and installed, which I wouldn't mind, but booking an appointment for the delivery was terrible. Impossible to reach anyone at the delivery company responsible for deliveries for Toronto, Canada. The person who booked the appointment and the individuals who assembled the product were rude. When they came to assemble the bed, there was the mattress that was placed on the floor and they asked me to lift it and place it against the wall. At the time, I was holding an infant and told them that it would be too heavy for me to lift on my own, and asked them to do it. They refused so I ended up lifting a queen mattress on my own in a postpartum situation. Extremely disappointed with the delivery experience. I would highly recommend to Rove Concepts to change their delivery provider. The delivery company makes me not recommend Rove Concepts to anyone else.
