Avoid expensive mistakes - ask for samples
Great service and customer support from Rove. Unfortunately the furniture color was significantly different than what was shown on the website. Only later did I learn that you can request free samples of the actual materials!
To new customers: HIGHLY recommend obtaining samples before moving forward with a purchase.
We ended up returning our media console, which was an adventure in repackaging and working with freight companies. Everyone was supportive - including Rove - and we got it done without undue hassle, but it was a lot of work and cost us approx $200 for return freight, plus the original shipping cost paid to Rove.
