Excellent call centre service - However, I just wish Rove Concepts call centre had more information regarding the delivery because of the use of a third party delivery service. With that said, the delivery service gentleman were on time, polite, and efficient! Also, more information regarding the assembly of each product ahead of time would be great. Surprised at how much effort was required to add the legs to the sofa (needed to go out and purchase power tools, if pilot holes were already there, that would of helped) This information would make choosing which level of delivery type just that much more easier. Absolutely love the product - amazing style, design, and put together beautifully!
