Placed my order online, which was very easy. I was hoping to speak to a representative before ordering so I could ask some questions since it was my first purchase with Rove Concepts but was not able to reach the call center after a handful of tries. What was slightly frustrating was that I also didn't just have the option to wait on hold - after some minutes, it would redirect me to leave a voicemail. I ended up placing the order on good faith since many other reviewers cite their excellent customer service. Have not yet received the item since it was backordered, but am very excited for it!
