So far, so good. I have one or two items on special order, so my experience is thus far only in one purchase. The sofa is exactly as I hoped it would be with regard to style, and the quality is actually higher than expected. Delivery was fine and the guys brought it into the house which I think they didn’t have to do (lucky for me that they did because it was very heavy). It was missing some small parts (washers) but we made do without them.

You might want to mention in the description of the sofa that the chaise can be put on either side or even in the middle. That would have helped me make the decision to buy it sooner. Also you should add to the description that the cushions are very firm. That also makes a difference to buyers who have preferences.
