Delivery service sucked
We ordered the Charlotte storage bed. The bed looks great and we really like the quality. The bed took almost a month to arrive, which we knew would be a slight delay. It was longer then predicted originally.
The only real issue was the courier. If you decide on curbside drop off (in Toronto) beware that the courier will potentially expect you to help. I had to go in the truck and help move 3 huge boxes that were 200lbs each. The courier service only send the driver and no one to help. Because of how the company loaded his truck he couldn't get the boxes turned around without physically moving them to a different skid. This was extremely difficult for the driver and for myself.
I emailed customer service and apparently in Canada with this type of delivery there is a potential of helping the courier. Although when the courier called, they just said I needed to be there to sign. The courier service was terrible on the phone, told me there is no delivery past 4pm, but the truck driver told me he does make deliveries after 4pm but you might have to pay a bit more. For the price of delivery I expected more of this courier company. Especially when so many furniture deliveries on other websites are free and will bring to your door. The customer service for Rove Concepts was quick to respond, but had little to say after I complained about how poor the courier is and let them know I wouldn't order through them again knowing that would be the delivery option. Apparently the white glove delivery is a different service but I can't justify/afford $700 for delivery on top of the cost of the bed.
