made a large (for me) purchase of 6 dining chairs via internet after another online store canceled my order after 11 days because the items were not in stock, and they decided not to stock them anymore. i'd seen them on rove concept's site, but opted to go with the other supplier for price, so when my order got cancelled, checked rove first for replacements, and found them on sale, about the same cost as other store. ordered immediately. shipping is higher, but i feel confident rove will come through for me with a quality product based on reputation alone.
