Quality service and products
This about the purchase experience; I do not yet have the items i ordered.
While 'browsing' furniture, I used both email and chat to ask questions. Chat obviously was faster and easy. The rep was very helpful. Then, there was a time CHAT was off-line so I used email. The email responses were timely and helpful. From what I read, the furniture appears to be better quality than many similar products offered by other online vendors. I look forward to receiving my pieces. The 'downside' - 1. Most other vendors offered free delivery. 2. The delivery is not to my upstairs condo even though I have an elevator. Others have delivered to the door or inside my place.
