I had two phone calls and two chat conversations before making my Frans Sofa purchase. All of my interactions were positive. Customer reps are helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that I was given two conflicting answers about being able to pick-up my furniture and unpacking it at the warehouse before deciding if I wanted to take it home. I hope they have a showroom one day, as this would relieve apprehension about big-ticket online purchases. All in all, highly recommend.
