Communicative customer service
Ordered online, had no issues checking out. Item was backordered for about a month, but I received an email update from the company on exactly the day they said the item would be back in stock. A customer experience member reached out to me asking if it would be ok if they sent the item via Fedex (versus the previous item I ordered came through Ceva logistics), which would mean I wouldn't be able to schedule a delivery date/time. It ended up working out fine, I received my items on the scheduled date.
