I purchased a dining table which I…

I purchased a dining table which I still haven't received so can't comment on it. However, I didn't get a confirmation email and had to reach out by email, Twitter, Facebook and phone before someone on Facebook finally responded to me and let me know that my purchase was confirmed. It seems as though the basic transactional workflow and customer service isn't quite there even though the website looks nice.
