UPDATE!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET YOUR PURCHASE - Not being able to know a delivery date…

UPDATE: DO NOT BUY FROM ROVE CONCEPTS. The bed is currently in peices on my bedroom floor. The contractor said they didn't know how to put it together. Rove Concepts customer service told me they would only refund part of what they charged me because according to their records this was "a successful delivery" - Direct Quote from Emily. Save your self a ton of headache and DON'T BUY FROM ROVE CONCEPTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not being able to know a delivery date when ordering is a challenge. The range stated on the website and by the customer service representative via chat is uselessly vague. Once I spoke with somebody on the phone they were very nice and better able to advise that my order was shipping from California to Oregon so the window of time would be on the shorter end of the 7-16 business days. (BTW - Over $300 for Shipping and it can take 3 weeks????) Not to mention the fact that you'll only drop it off in the driveway? Need to figure this out a little bit more - the furniture is great but if shipping and delivery is going to cost and arm and a leg and still be a pain once it gets to my house, hmmmmm.

We were extremely disappointed to hear that your Hunter Bed arrived without all the necessary hardware, which is why we promptly sent out the missing pieces via FedEx and further compensated your delivery. We appreciate that it is always stressful when things do not go perfectly, but I am happy to see we acted swiftly and had this resolved for you within the same day the issue was reported.

Our apologies also for your disappointment in our shipping and delivery lead time. We would love to be able to provide a delivery appointment at the point of purchase, however, transit involves many unexpected elements and we would hate to promise anything our third party carriers could not absolutely uphold. For this reason we choose to provide a good faith estimate, where within the carrier will reach out to our customers and schedule a delivery date with the customer directly.
