The assembly-delivery service was very frustrating. Due to paying for assembly I had to be home to receive the package and had to continue rescheduling my delivery date because I wasn’t allowed to choose the window of time for delivery.

People work and have other things to do. I think more flexibility on time of delivery should be considered.
