I ordered the executive side chairs. The quality was amazing. They are exceptionally well made, seemingly constructed to the high standards of the identical chairs offered elsewhere at 3 to 4 times Rove's price. My only suggestion for improvement would be customer service, which, at times, was a little indifferent.
