Review of Rove Concepts

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Ordered a Hugo sectional, womb Chair, Tulip Dining table.

Ordered a Hugo sectional, Womb Chair, Tulip Oval dining table and 4 side chairs for my new home on June 3rd

I was recommended Rove by my designer who had heard good stuff about them , though he had not tried it or seen their furniture in person.

Here are my thoughts.

Pros:

I am very happy with the quality of furniture so far. Though its been with me for less then a week. I totally "LOVE" all tier pieces . Very comfortable

Make sure you order swatches to get the right color. The swatches get delivered usually very quickly in 1-2 business days.

The furniture pieces were very well packed.

Cons:

1.Pilot delivery delayed the delivery by almost a week. It was very frustrating. The furniture pieces had arrived in my city from LA on 19th June and were only delivered on 5th July . I had to make calls every day to ROVE and PILOT , in order to figure out when can i expect my delivery. I had total of 11 pieces in my delivery and was informed by PILOT that only 9 had arrived and 2 pieces are missing. Lucky those two pieces were legs of Hugo sectional come in small box and were inside one of the bigger boxes and Pilot was able to locate them, otherwise i prob had to wait longer for delivery. Thank God.

There are NO assembling instructions. I had opted for white collar delivery. The company that delivered and assembled was High tech transportation. Their men were knowledgeable and were able to figure out everything on their own.

The side chairs and womb need no assembling. Only the Hugo sectional and dining table need to be assembled.

Its can be difficult to get hold of customer support via phone. But just keep trying their number. Remember they are in PST time zone. Emily was the sales rep who was assisting me. Make sure you get their extension number.

My only suggestion to ROVE is to get rid of PILOT and have a better Call Center - some reps in east coast too.
