Although I still like the design of the couch I purchased, I noticed that the feathers come out one after another. This is a big disappointment considering the price of the couch. Also, as a delivery option, you should provide customers a service to bring customers purchase to their designated room. Your driver left my couch at my garage, it was quite work to carry it to the living room by 2 of my guy friends.

We are so sorry if our shipping options were not made clear to you prior to purchase! We have two delivery options, which are Standard and White Glove. Our Standard Delivery Service is the more economical no-frills option for our orders. This would have been the delivery service you selected.
In the future we would recommend considering our White Glove Service, where the additional services of interior placement, unpackaging, and assembly are included! This is only an additional $150 and the services are worth every penny.
