I've had a good experience working with Rove Concepts customer service to resolve my claim. The Andrej TV Console that I've ordered came in very fast, but had a small nick at one of the corners. I've opened an online claim and was offered few resolution options. It does take them few days to respond to your questions, but they always do and in very polite manner. Kristine, from Rove Concepts, took care of my claim to my grate satisfaction.
And I do love my Andrej TV Console. I'm designing the whole room around it.
