Customer service is good, everyone I was in touch with was kind, pleasant and efficient.

Only giving 3 stars as the delivery and shipping were not great. One of the items was not delivered correctly and we're waiting on a replacement. The white glove assembly job was so shoddy we asked them to stop and assembled the pieces ourselves.

Rove did offer a $150 coupon on future purchases but were not willing to apply the discount to the existing purchase. In the end they gave us $50 off and no coupon.
