The promotion code that was advertised was not working during the checkout process despite trying multiple times and emailing the site about it. I also had trouble checking out, and even tried using different browsers. I finally gave up. I later got an email from their team that the purchase was flagged because it was over their high limit and flagged as a scam, and that I needed to split my purchase into 2 purchases. Once I did that it went through but it was a waste of a whole morning.
