I haven't received my furniture item yet, but the website is buggy. I was getting error messages when trying to order a table online, and finally managed to get the order to go through. I received a confirmation email with my order number. When I checked my Amex bill, I was surprised to find that I was charged TWICE, even though I only recv'd one confirmation email.
