I purchased two ghost arm chairs, 3 poul poufs, freja rug 5x7, nisse rug 6x9, womb chair & ottoman, and greta belly basket. Each items all have great styles but with deficiencies here and there. One of the Ghost chair had bubbling in the plastic which the company quickly replaced it. The rugs have a lot of pulls/snags which I find extremely unappealing and tedious to vacuum. The womb chair set fabric is slightly abrasive against bare skin. The belly basket paint is peeling every time it is moved and leaves flakes to be cleaned after. And two of the poufs couldn't hold the beans for two months and popped at seam pouring out all over the floor. The poufs are not covered in their warranty. Just want to say, they are not as high quality as the designer brands hence they are budget friendly, but then again, you can get sturdier mediocre design furnitures from IKEA at cheaper price. I gotta admit the service was friendly and prompt. So there's the three star. My suggestion, if you want to get designer furniture, invest on the real deal. I regret spending $2500 for all these instead of spending $5000 on the original Womb chair. But I speak for myself.
