Rove Concept's product was true to description and quality and we are pleased with our purchase.

However, the delivery scheduling process was very annoying, disconnected, and at times frustrating. Rove Concepts uses a different company to process delivery of the items, and that company seemed flaky, and disinterested in every phone call my husband and I had with them. Whenever you tried to adjust the terms of the delivery (date, time, or contact information) they'd either say you first have to call Rove, which would then patch us back to the delivery company, or the company would say they had noted the changes...only to find out the next time we called it was like we had never contacted them before.

In the end, while the product quality was good, the process was just too annoying and I'd rather buy something on Amazon I am guaranteed to get in 3 days with no hassle.
