I ordered 6 chairs and received a discount only on the first 5. They told me it was some kind of policy. There was o budging them. So I sent an email to a manager, and received a prompt credit. I have never heard of punishing a customer for ordering more?! Strange policy. Glad they were willing to refund. I like my chairs. They are great.
