I decided to return the chairs in my order after stumbling upon a pair of great vintage chairs that I wanted instead. The customer service rep was helpful and quick in setting up a return to sender so I didn't even have to receive them and stick on a label etc in order to do he return. I found it fair that I would need to pay for the return shipping. I also barely had any wait time on the phone before being connected to a rep. Thanks!
