I ordered a custom sectional, so it won't arrive for another few months. But the ordering process was fairly smooth. I did order swatches on two separate occasions. One of the swatches I wanted was out of stock both times, so that was disappointing, but I ended up going with a different fabric anyway. The people who helped me with that process were very friendly and offered to send me a swatch of the fabric in a different color so that I could feel and see that particular fabric. I am really looking forward to getting my sectional!
