I was very excited to find this website and furnish my new home with Rove Concepts furniture however when I asked customer service if there was a way to send me another picture of a finish they directed me to ordering swatches. I wanted to place the order that day and just needed a little more piece of mind. I did not place the order. I did decide to purchase dining chairs but was really confused why I got 2 chairs at the sale price and had to pay full price for 4 chairs. Customer service explained there is only a limited number of items on sale. I did not like this at all as it makes no sense and it was not clear on the website. If 6 chairs are in stock, they should all be the same price. This was a total bait and switch. I went ahead and ordered the chairs anyway but not sure I would happily recommend to my friends because of this. Customer service was unwilling to do any price adjustments. However looking forward to receiving my shipment so I can feel confident of the quality and make further purchases.
