We did local pickup of the Finley Sectional sofa and so had to attach the legs. The holes didn't line up so had to drill new ones. So there was a persistent squeak for a few months when you sit down because some of the screws didn't go in perfectly straight. Then the Performance Weave fabric pilled badly. We've had to comb the pills out twice, a process. Last, it has a bad design flaw on the seam in the middle of the seat of the sofa (non-chaise) part. Since the upholstery velcroes on the underside in two places, where it doesn't velcro, there's always a big rumple in the upholstery on top. It can be smoothed but it doesn't stay at all. Looks and feels loose there and wrinkles elsewhere, too.
