Delivery driver was nice. I wasn’t happy with the experience though. I scheduled it online and then scheduled other vendors to be here during that range. Found out right before that they didn’t even deliver during that time. I got the linen concrete and I’m dissatisfied. The couch has 2 snags and the rose gold legs had some spots (small but there). The fabric has more white tone in it then the pic and I don’t care for it. Not very comfy. I thought I’d go a purchase some matching worn pillows... they don’t sell them. Looked for a chair to match and there is not one. I was going to buy the west elm Andes couch and went against it because reviews but it actually looks better and isn’t any less comfy. After talking with Rove. They offered me a 25% discount which only saved 350.00 or two new cushion covers and leg replacements. I asked for the 2 cushion covers and 25% and they said no. Not happy at all.
