We are very sorry to see your experience with us was not as expected. We are always trying out best to be flexible with our customers where we can, and we can see that our Customer Care team was even happy to absorb more than half of the missed delivery fee which accrued due to your building's delivery requirements. We surely wish we could have anticipated this issue, however, we and our carriers try to accommodate all customer requests, and we are happy to offer weekend delivery options, as many companies do not! Unfortunately, as the carrier arrived prepared to deliver at the agreed upon time, there are costs associated with rescheduling a delivery at that time.
