I wish I had bought another couch

I wish I had bought another couch. There were issues from the delivery 3 months ago until today. To start, the delivery company wasn't able to deliver the couch on time and never alerted me that they would not be able to drop the couch off. Come to the assembly, 3 of the legs couldn't be secured properly as at least 1 screw broke for 3 of the legs. There was also a dent in the armrest of the couch but it seemed minor compared to the legs. All of this was flagged to Rove. Rove sent a new set of screws but the same issue re-occured. Finally, new holes had to be drilled into the couch with a new set of bolts that I got myself. I thought this was the end of the issues. 2 and a half months later, I notice that dent in the armrest, but it's way deeper, in fact you can hear the armrest crack whenever weight is put on it and another portion of the armrest is simply hollow underneath the fabric. Rove's solution as per their policy: 1) pay for shipping again for a free replacement, or 2) have it assessed locally and submit an estimate to rove for the repairs. When you buy a NEW couch. You expect to have a NEW couch. In the event that they send you a BROKEN couch, you would expect to not have to pay again to get the NEW couch that you should have received in the first place. I gave 3 stars because the team does try to help, and the couch looks good. As for quality, i'm not sure what else will break over the next year. I would not recommend this couch.
