The customer service here is top notch. On par with American Express. I had a damaged headboard and they replaced the entire bed without any hassle (not to complain I just wanted the board replaced because the rest of the bed was fine). I am happy with my purchases. Solid furniture. Will be ordering from here in the future. While a bit pricey, you get what you pay for in life.
