Easy to navigate website, straightforward checkout process. Pre-ordered an item that will be in stock in late December - I have done similarly for other items and their estimated dates for when the items arrive to the warehouse have so far been very accurate. Scheduling delivery under their flat rate shipping has also been fairly simple and I have not experienced any major delays. Looking forward to receiving the item in Dec/Jan!
