I had a few questions before I completed my online order. The telephone sales team were helpful and friendly - “real people” giving genuine customer service. I opted for warehouse pickup - the instructions were clear and once again I appreciated being given the contact details of a “real” person should I have any questions. I also appreciated the customer-friendly two week pick up window.
