The customer service was super friendly, positive and effective. The two reps I dealt with in opening my account and placing my order were very pleasant and made everything super easy for us! I haven;t seen my sofa yet, so I don't know about the quality of the furnishings, but as long as it is good, I will happily order them them as often as I can.
