The black Friday sale began after I purchased my items after 3 days, they are not willing to give me the discount, even though all items is still have in stock.

As we only offer Price Adjustments within 72 hours of when the order is placed, we are generally unable to offer adjustments outside of that window. We are happy to see that our Customer Care team did make an exception for you, and they adjusted your coupon less our small 3% transaction fee.
