I recently purchased two items witb Rove Concepts within a 24 hour period but then realized I was paying much more in moving costs because the orders hadn’t been grouped together. I contacted their online help and someone immediately told me they would look into the issue to see if the orders could be merged. She didn’t promise anything, but she was very helpful considering the other workers were done for the weekend. I appreciated her looking into my case.
