Being able to have a live chat with a Rove customer representative was probably one of the best features available. The employee I spoke to, Jessica, was super helpful and patient with all my questions. The site was also very easy to navigate. I’ve previously bought a dining table from Rove and that purchase also went very smoothly. Overall no complaints! Just glad that Rove is in Vancouver and it’s another great furniture option out there that provides great products and customer service!
