I tried the night before I contacted customer care to complete my purchase, but after multiple unsuccessful tries, I sent an email to customer care. They sent me an email and we spoke the next morning. The person who helped me was excellent - very efficient (she was able to find my order via my email) and it took very little time to complete my order and give me confidence that I would have receive my order.
