Good customer service and value for money. Waiting to see the quality my order once I receive. The free swatch is a nice touch but not well executed. I wanted to purchase a specific chair and picked from the list of swatches available in the free swatch request feature. Found out after that most of the swatches I picked were not available for the chair I wanted and were for all chairs. Better if you customise the request feature online or at least add a list indicating which pieces are available in what to avoid disappointing potential customers.
