I’m completely not happy about the fact that I was not able to place my order online.
I was able to put an order together online, but pushing Submit button never lead to any action.
That has to be fixed.
On the other hand - you chat and customer support
people were great.
I was able to place an order over the phone and got all answers for all my questions.
