Hi, I did enjoy my shopping experience and the fair discount I could get on Cyber Monday. Shopping online was easy, userfriendly, simple.
What disappointed me were the very high fees for delivery and assembly ("white gloves service" - 529$) at the end of the experience, while processing the order. That is really significant and considering the amount of my order, this service could be offered. Indeed, there is no way I can lift a Queen bed up the stairs in my bedroom, nor assemble such heavy pieces of wood together - so the service becomes a must order, which I find quite costly.
