Rove Concepts has been a great experience thus far. Ordering was very easy and they make it a simple process. I will say for their benefit, they might want to ensure that all of the items show up when a category is selected. For example, if you go to discover and look at the collections specifically, you end up seeing more options than if you just selected "beds" which was a bit odd. You would think you would want all beds displayed when you filter to that category only to ensure you get better visibility. Maybe this was fixed already, but this is what I noticed.

In addition, we made a last minute color change and they were able to accommodate it, however, the cost was slightly higher. Being veneer, i don't know that a $100 difference between ash and walnut is warranted...However, the customer rep was great at rushing to our attention and getting it fixed. I will also say that one of the pictures shows the walnut as much darker than the other pictures which concerned us upfront and why we elected to go lighter even when 4/5 pictures showed the walnut as not being that dark. Just my 2 cents. Might help to have color consistency on the pictures to avoid returns later down the road because of color.

Last bit of criticism would be on the cost of shipping. $300 pretty steep. Especially when most eCommerce furniture companies offer free shipping and free returns. After the fact, I was able to find some of your furniture on their webpages or clones and that would have been great if your company was willing to match that especially during the holidays. Another retailer shouldn't be able to offer something better than going direct to the source.

Having not yet received the furniture, I cannot comment on that yet. Crossing my fingers that it is packaged well and there is no damage to the product. Furniture is tough to buy online and I recognize that.

Thanks for having a clean and not overly flashy website. It matches the product lines.
