The purchase process went very smoothly and I was impressed with the responsiveness of the customer service associates via the online chat function as well as over the phone. I placed a custom order and they were able to efficiently answer my questions with respect to product features/details. The first associate I interacted with in the online chat created a quote containing the items I was interested in ordering, which guaranteed Black Friday pricing for 2 additional weeks. This is a great way of doing business and showcases the company’s commitment to potential customers. I’m very pleased with both the pricing of my items and the order process but I can’t comment on the quality of the items themselves as I have yet to receive them. I trust that the items I purchased will meet my expectations based on my experience thus far.
