The only thing I didn't like is that customer service contacted me few days after I have placed an order and stated that I only paid for curbside deliver and to carry the couch inside of the house with 2 steps, would cost additional $150, although their webiste said dry area delivery and not curb side. Latter customer service admitted their mistake, but if I would not remember shipping method I chose, I would be out additional $150
