Overall it started smoothly
Overall it started smoothly, however when it got to the payment I was not able to use Affirm, as originally planned. I tried several times, and it could not get through. However, when I switch to credit card payment it went thru the first time. I called customer service and asked about this issue (prior the finalizing the payment using cc). Customer service representative suggested to use cc or to call Affirm. First option was/is obvious, and regarding second I do not believe that I should be calling financial institution about fixing the processing issue on Rove Concept website. It is a Rove Concept responsibility to make sure that payment goes smoothly, or financing thru Affirm should not be offered. I lost few days in the process and still waiting for delivery, so I can not tell anything about quality of the product. I am hoping that I will get my order before Christmas. In situation like this it should be some sot of incentive for inconvenience, however none has been given.
